After Repair Value (ARV): The ARV is the value of your home once repairs and renovations have been completed and is ready to sell on the market. This is based on recent sales (comps) in the area of similar houses in size and in premium condition that have recently sold.

Rehab Costs: The cost necessary to repair and renovate your home in order to prepare it to list it on the market.

Selling Costs: The cost we will have to pay in order to sell your home. This includes agent commissions fees, closing costs, escrow fees, staging and marketing costs, etc. Selling costs are generally 6-8% of the ARV.
